Hot on the heels of their 3rd Boston Music Award nomination, and first win, these marked women will be releasing their 3rd official EP in January 2016. They say all good things come in threes, no?

A departure from their food and drink-themed albums, this one takes a trip to the dark side (no, they are not the droids you are looking for). With a film noir title and photo style, Marked Women features a healthy balance of rock, dance and funk. It was produced by Jon Taft and mastered by Nick Zampiello, both of New Alliance East in Cambridge, MA. The EP is a robust mix of styles ranging from the straight up melodic rock of Over It to the booty shaking funk of Telephone Erotic, ending again with another spectacular Nick Z remix special… this time, the track is “Go For Broke” the original of which was released previously on their split 7” album with Party Bois back in April of 2015.

Petty Morals on the Marked Women EP: Taiphoon and JC on lead vocals, Chrissy V on lead guitar, Ivahna Rock on bass, Lowreck on drums and additional percussion, and Allison Wonderland on keys.
